Job Description

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a


Product & Release Manager

based in Erlangen, Germany.

You will bridge the gap between development, QA, marketing, and publishing, ensuring our games and updates reach players smoothly and successfully.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of builds and live services.
  • Plan and execute world-wide game releases, including major updates, patches, and DLCs.
  • Manage submission processes for platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and Steam.
  • Work closely with marketing, community management, and external partners to optimize product positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, localization, marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
  • Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines, technical standards and age rating requirements.
  • Monitor post-release performance, address potential issues, and report potential improvements for future releases.

Expected Qualifications

  • Experience in product management and/or release management, ideally in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of game development, publishing processes, and business models.
  • Familiarity with platform certification and submission requirements (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate between multiple teams.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • A passion for video games and an understanding of player communities.
